Mass Media 10/12 Task 6 Hello, Welcome to Jenny`s broadcasting on the air. Today I would like to share with you the ten things make me like about English. 1. English has been my foreign language since I was young, and I am using it every day in my job now . 2. There are reasons why I like about English. First, spoken English is with a tone which’s very similar from my mother language. 3. Secondly, the English tone is more like a soft melody that makes me feel comfortable when I say in English. 4. Third, I personally think that spoken English is with a culture that is more polite. 5. Fourth, communication in English is not easy, so it will need time to think the words before I use it. Somehow, it is a good task to train my brain and keep it young. 6. Sixth, the more I use English in my job the more it helps me to create a better words to use in my mother language. 7. Seventh, when I talk to people in English, I also learned how to arrange appropriate speaking terms to communicate and build a good relationship with people. 8. Eighth, whenever people talk to me in English that is the time I learn and understand their culture . 9. Ninth, English helps me make more friends from the world, and also makes my thinking more open. 10. The last, English is the first foreign language that I ever learned with my father when I was young, and it builds a very close relationship between my father and me.
